Cambridge Consulting Solutions Corporation is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Cambridge Consulting Solutions Corporation collects information from our users only when a user, defined as Consultant, Subscriber or Client self-registers on our site.
Our Web site provides information and an overview of our services. If a user opts to complete our registration form, they will be required to provide their contact information (such as name, address, telephone and email address). This information is used to contact the user about services on our site for which they have expressed interest.
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Cambridge Consulting Solutions Corporation does maintain the Microsoft IIS "sessional cookie." A sessional cookie does not hold any user data. It is used only as a linkage mechanism to allow you to navigate around the site.
Cambridge Consulting Solutions Corporation does not use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
We will share aggregated anonymous demographic information with our Clients, Consultants and Subscribers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
We work with our registered Clients and Subscribers to provide specific services. When a user signs up for these services, we will only share anonymous profiling information (i.e., Availability, Company Experience, Industry/Markets Experience, Functional Experience and Education information) that is necessary for a Client or Subscriber to evaluate a candidate/Consultant.
These parties will not have access to personally identifiable information.

This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, your information is protected both online and off-line.
All of our users' information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. ALL Cambridge Consulting Solutions Corporation employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Finally, the servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment, behind a locked cage.
Passwords and User Names
We send all new members a welcoming email to verify password and username. Established users will occasionally receive information on new services. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Please see the Opt-Out Designation below.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we allow user to modify or de-activate their personal data. This can be done at the "Modify Consultant Profile" and "Modify Client Profile" registration page or by emailing our office at email@example.com.
Use of Personal Information
Users' personal information will only be used for purposes directly related to our site at the point where we ask for the information. For example, if a registered Consultant's profile matches one of our Client's current project, a Cambridge Consulting Solutions Corporation employee may contact that Consultant in order to gather information regarding that Consultant's availability and interest in that project.
Legal Disclaimer: Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.
Notification of Changes
Cambridge users will have the ability to self-maintain their own database profiles with us. There are no select opt-out features to our registration process. Once you have registered with us, Cambridge will send you email notification with your login and password. We will also send email from time to time on client project opportunities and other services that we intend to offer. If at any time a user does not wish to receive email from Cambridge, they have to option to go into their individual profiles and deactivate them. Once deactivated, a profile is deleted from our database. If you have trouble deactivating your profiles, please send e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
